Booked the Village Inn with 16 friends for what is becoming a tradition - a weekend of diving, walking, eating & drinking in February.
This is more of a pub with rooms than a hotel with a bar. All very adequate. We were in the new bit - rooms are quite small but sufficient. Can hear folk walking around upstairs but not excessively.
Bar is very pleasant - but no communal TV anywhere which was a shame as a few of us wanted to watch the rugby. However, beer is good and staff are very pleasant.
Good cooked breakfasts and they managed to cope with us all in the evening. There appears to be 2 dining rooms. The one nearer the bar is very cosy whislt the other one is a bit cavernous.
Great views across the Loch to the Cobbler.More
