Great for afternoon tea and a snack! The food on offer was varied from homemade soup to delicious sandwiches. Lovely surroundings and a welcoming staff.

“Excellent little restaurant with great service”
Reviewed June 19, 2013

Very friendly efficient staff, nothing too much trouble, pretty small restaurant & pretty busy.
The food was fresh & well cooked, they have a good menu & have specials each day.
Overall we enjoyed our lunch &'would return again.
Only open 1200-1600hrs.

“A welcome break on our way to the boat.”
Reviewed June 4, 2013

Call into this small full of character bistro for a bite of lunch. Good selection of fresh made food served by friendly and efficient staff. You need to go down a small back street to ind it but its well worth the visit.

Tucked away on a side street, worth searching out. Try the daily specials or a fabulous omelette for lunch. Good coffee, Fyne Ales on sale. Scrumptious cakes to eat in or take away. Aleays a warm welcome

“Good lunch in lochgilphead”
Reviewed April 13, 2013 via mobile

Nice cafe serving soups and sandwiches, baked tatties as well as more unusual dishes. Everything came with a nice side salad and was very tasty. Bit on the pricy side, but was probably reasonable for the area
