“Peel farm”
Reviewed May 19, 2013

I had a lovely cake and milkshake. The food is very good and seeing all the animals was cool they have gini pigs horses deer and chickens and cows. There is only one front it could improve on and that is the service I mean its ok but some times when you go there is a group of people standing around and you are waiting to be served but on every front it is good 4 stars very enjoyable cuppa !!!!!!!!!!!!

Reviewed May 5, 2013

Just spent a lovely afternoon at Peel Farm with my granddaughter. Enjoyed looking through the lovely shop full of goodies. Fed the ducks with seed bought from the restaurant and met the cows!! Delicious scone with jam and cream and cappuccino for me and delicious strawberry ice cream for Ellie!!

“Great coffee shop”
Reviewed April 12, 2013

We have been to Peel Farm coffee shop a few times in the last few months.

Lovely selection of cakes and biscuits and are very moreish. The soups are brilliant. There are also pies of the day which are presented in a nice filling plate of food.

Chef should definitely bring out a cook book to be sold at the till as she is very talented. There was a sign for home baking workshops which I would have loved to have participated in, but we live too far away.

A lot of effort has gone into the gift shop and it has a great selection for picking up unusual gifts.

Can't wait to go back.

“Yummy home baking”
Reviewed April 7, 2013

A converted cottage.Off the beaten track, but well worth a visit. The usual soup and sandwiches etc, Great home baking, with ample size portions ! Young girl serving, excellent service
Found this by accident after walking round the nearbye Blairadam Dam, an easy 7 miles.Saw a sea eagle, and mountain hares... Perfect day !
The separate gift Shop was the usual overpriced array, but did have some unusual gifts .

“Scrummy.”
Reviewed April 1, 2013

Peel farm is one of our favourite lunchtime venues. We have never been disappointed. The food is always fresh and tasty, the home baking just too tempting. The waitresses are friendly and effecient.
We love i!
