Premier Inns do what they say, reasonable price, reasonable rooms etc. the only thing that isn't reasonable is the service, it's excellent. I can't work out how they motivate their staff, they are smiling, but not forced, really helpful but not in your face, lovely charming I can't praise them enough. The breakfast is smashing fresh cooked, can't fault the place. I stay in a lot of hotels some budget some luxury, the Oberon in Bali is the only place that I have received better service and that's £450 a night. Other chain hotels take note and the staff at this Premier Inn.......take a bow!

Good value for money in a comfortable hotel room. We had a room facing the back so we didn't have any issue with noise. The staff were all lovely - from the receptionists to the breakfast server. Also, the breakfast was tasty and excellent vale. I would highly recommend!

Room Tip: Rooms facing the back and away from the lift

Lovely from the outside, very modern and clean inside. Staff all very friendly and helpful, especially Edna at the reception desk. Free breakfast for children is great. Ample parking outside, very easy to find. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly reccommend to others.

This Premier Inn feels quite new and the decor and fabric is modern and pleasant. Our room was very comfortable with everything we needed. Large comfortable bed. Good strong shower. Good lighting. Quiet. The continental breakfast is very good value at £5.25 as it is as much as one can eat including tea and coffee. There is a Toby Carvery next door which is also good value. If you need to be near the M8 (which we did) this Premier Inn is prfect.

I've stayed here a number of times and always find the staff particularly helpful and welcoming. Breakfast is freshly cooked for you, exactly what you want and how ever much you ask for. Rooms are standard premier inn. Next door is the Toby Carvery (under £8 if seated before 7pm), which is a blessing as there's precious little else to do around here! Ample free parking, and if you don't fancy the Toby Carvery they'll even order in a take-away for you at reception.

The Premier Inn Rooms are always good (for some reason I was in room 221 which is specialist for disabled people - with alarm cords and a wet room instead of a bath) and this was no different. Breakfast was typical PI - as much as you can eat for £8.25 - If you just want a full English you could probably get it for half the price at the Toby next door, but they don't do poached eggs (at least I don't think they do) - the staff here all had smiles and were keen to help - even the off-duty breakfast staff who were still there when I arrived early.
I will stay here again rather than the sister PI at Deer Park.

Room Tip: Room 221 specialises for wheelchair users with a low bed and a wet room.
