We stayed at Woodbine House, Uig on 2 nights before and after a trip to North Uist, on both visits we enjoyed our stay. The welcome , rooms and breakfasts were excellent. I would recommend a vist to anyone who visits Skye

We stayed at woodbine house on a 4 day activity break. Everything Andi and Vicki provided was brilliant. We experienced an amazing boat trip with a very knowledgable guide ( Andi ) and received excellent local information for places to visit. My husband and daughter have specific dietary requirements which Vicki and Andi met on a daily basis for a lovely breakfast each morning. We will definatley stay there again. Thank you

I stayed here with my wife and parents for two nights in August 2012. Uig is a gorgeous seaside town located on the north loop (and most scenic in my opinion) of the Isle of Skye. The B&B itself is clean, cosy, and easy to find. The breakfast was hearty and tasty. The owners are wonderful and are happy to give advice about what to do and see during your stay. We ended up taking the hike to the fairy pools as a result of their recommendation and it was a highlight of our time. When I return to Skye, I will stay at Woodbine again without hesitation! Thanks!!!!

If you visit the Isle Of Skye you would be a fool not to stay with Andi and Vicki!
The breakfast is absolutely stunning, the rooms are really clean and comfortable and the hosts are really nice guys. We went out on a boat trip with Andi who knows the sea around the island quite well and was able to show us the beauties of Skye's wildlife. We saw seals, a huge sea eagle, puffins and even minke whales.
When we went out for a hike, Andi even lent us his map, so that we didn't have to buy our own.
Bottomline: I can only recommend this B&B in every aspect. It was one of the best B&B I ever stayed in, if not THE best. Should I ever revisit Skye I will definitely stay with Andi and Vicki again!!!!

What a lovely B&B! Beautiful setting, great breakfast, nice rooms but most of all run by a lovely family. We will definitely go back, and will recommend our friends do the same. Thanks Vicki & Andi!

Room Tip: Get a sea view, well worth it!

Stayed here for 3 nights in early July & would definitely recommend it. The 4 rooms are in the main house with the owners living in a new build adjoining so there's a shared lounge for guests & it feels more private than many b&bs. Vivki & Andi are friendly hosts and the breakfast is top notch with fresh eggs & tasty haggis too! Just what you need before heading up the Quaraing. Would certainly stay there again.

Gorgeous location and so quiet. The views made you just want to sit glued to the window. Vicki, Andi and the boys kept us well entertained. Couldn't fault the breakfasts, just lovely. I do wish the B&B's had a wee fridge in the rooms so that we could put a drink in it to get cold or some cheese instead of pestering the owners to put it in their kitchen fridge. This isn't just a whinge at Vicki and Andi but all of them.

Room Tip: Ask for the front rooms if you can, for the bay views.
