We found Cafe Arriba located on the small road towards the harbour in Portree. Although there isn't much to see from the road, we decided to take a chance and went up to the first floor. A cheery waitress showed us to a table and we ordered a Boston pork & beans dish with tortilla chips and a lamb burger with pickled veg and sweet potato wedges.
The food was excellent, together with a nice atmosphere and lovely views across the harbour and beyond. A slice of carrot cake and a white chocolate and banana muffin together with a couple of generous mugs of coffee closed proceedings.
Good food, friendly service.
