My daughter & myself were staying at a nearby B & B, and were told about this hotel. We ate here for 3 nights. After having the salmon the first night, I was going to have it the second, but they didn't have any. However, on asking about it, we were able to order for the following night. But I tried instead the landoustines (Prawns). Wild salmon, isn't as rich & oily as the farmed Salmon from New Zealand. Locals gave us advice on which whisky's were the best!! Meal prices were very reasonable and portions were more than enough. As a Kiwi, I was interested to see a framed newspaper article of when Edmund Hillary when he first climbed Mt Everest. Would go back here, if I ever return to Skye, as it is what I imaged the "local pub" was like. Great place, & don't miss it if you are in the area.
