The Hebredian Hotel may try to suduce you with it's spectacular views but don't be! The reception area has a shabby worn out feeling and that lingering smell of dirt and grease. Whilst the bedrooms are refurbished clean and the beds comfortable. The lack of curtains made a stay, where there is only three hours of darkness in early summer unbearable. Added to this the intermittant passage of traffic and barking of the owner's dog late into the night did not create the restful retreat one would expect from Skye.
