Myself, my partner and our dog stayed at the Morar for 3 nights and we cannot praise and speak highly of both Morar and Chris and Maggie enough. This by a mile is the best bed and breakfast we have ever stayed in. The room was large, clean and relaxing. The setting was beautiful and tranquil. The location is ideal for travel to both Skye ferry and maillag ferry and also travel throughout the Island. However the most wonderful thing about Morar are Chris and Maggies who are the most perfect hosts, and made us feel very welcome in their lovely home, especially Floyd our dog, which we often find difficult to find a B and B that accept dogs. They make the most wonderful breakfasts and give out the best advice where to go. Also think think that it is great that they have a fab collection of DVDs for nighttime or very wet days. We are hoping to visit Skye again and will defo be back here again :-))))

Only stayed one night as part of a cycling trip, but would love to come back. The facilities are excellent - clean, modern and comfortable. Being able to sit out on the terrace in the sun is a real bonus. Chris was a great host and made us feel welcome and very much at home. Highly recommended. If you're looking for something to eat avoid the nearest hotel/pub and walk the extra half-mile to the Clan Donald centre. The restaurant has great seafood and is extremely good value.

Single overnight stay. Well impressed by the facilities and relaxed, friendly hosts. Beautiful
setting with a variety of excellent walks available in any direction from the front gate. Try Arandale
Hill on a clear morning for stunning views of the Cullins and across the Sound to the Mainland.

I was travelling solo with my dog and we both found a warm welcome.

Traveling around Scotland in may 2012 from one B and B to the next, this place took the price in or opinion. A very relaxed atmosphere and a personal and friendly aproach, combined with good service in all kinds. The suroundings is absolutely what we had been looking for, very close to nature of great value and quite remote in 'the right way'. We felt extremely welcome and as a part of the house and could have stayed for the whole period here.

Our stay at Morar B&B couldn´t have been better. The rooms were tidy and big, even the family room with an extra bed was spacious. The breakfast was very nice, tasty, fresh and versatile.
The children were enjoying themselves at the indoor pool, which was a great relaxant after a long day sitting in the car. The big patio in the backside of the house was also very inviting with great views.
Our hosts Chris and Maggie were very welcoming and totally made us feel like home.
We´d definitely like to recommend this B&B to anyone travelling in the Isle of Skye. It´s really worth it!

Maggie and Chris made my daughter and I very welcome as soon as we arrived. The atmosphere was very relaxed and unhurried.
Breakfasts were freshly made, with home made preserves, very tasty.

My daughter used the excellent indoor pool.

We were allowed to use a range of DVD's from the library- a nice touch.

Plenty of advice given re local eating places and attractions. This is a perfect location from which to explore the Sleat peninsula.

My only very minor gripes were the mattress on the bed, which was a tad soft for me, and the shower pressure, which was perfectly adequate, but I personally prefer a little more pressure. This did not affect our stay, though.

Well done, Maggie and Chris.

We are a family group of four adults and we have a great time here. Chris and Maggie are wonderful hosts and their cats and dogs are also our best accompanies during our stay. This B&B located near the ferry pier so it allows as to take a rest and explore the island without further transport time. Chris also make brilliant homemade breakfast and we enjoy his cooking and the view on their patio on a sunny day.
