The Park Lodge is a pretty nice hotel with very friendly service. The room was nice and clean rather some of the furniture was not in pretty good condition any more. The restaurant and pub was fine, nice food and cold drinks. The breakfast was great. The hotel is located on the hill, just a 5 minutes walk to the harbour.

Stayed 3 nights with the dinner package...The hotel is situated on a hilltop a short, steep walk from the main drag. If you're driving it's a very sharp turn!! The hotel was welcoming and well laid out. We had a large room on the GF, only a short trot to the well-stocked bar & dining room. The meal deal gave us a restricted menu, but there was plenty of choice to last us the three nights and you could pay extra for the fish specials/steaks. Food quality food throughout. Breakfast had a good range of cereal starters with a choice of cooked breakfasts to order. Service was a little haphazard on some days but the staff were all willing and helpful. Free wi-fi in throughout the hotel is a bonus. A great place to explore the island. We also took the optional harbour cruise with the family's boat. Turned out we were the only couple on the day, and Geoff (the co-owner) was more than accommodating, telling us some of the local history, showing us the landmarks and spotting wildlife. A great addition to the hotel's attraction. Would happily recommend this as a base.

The Park Lodge hotel is situated a short walk up the hill from Tobemory's harbour. Our room was tiny but clean and comfortable and it was nice having a well stocked bar and beer garden just downstairs. Breakfast was ok and whilst it was convenient having a restaurant on site for dinner, the food was a little disappointing and we would recommend eating at McGonichans or one of the other restaurants around the harbour instead. Overall the the location was the best thing about the hotel and Tobermory itself is gorgeous - definitely worth a visit.

The access to the hotel is up a very steep road with hairpin bends - so drive carefully.
The hotel hallway smelt musty and the room was cold, the large windows had been left open wide on a rainy day which added to the unwelcome feel.
We stayed two nights - the first we ate in their restaurant. We ordered the chicken and discovered that it was still frozen in parts when it was served - it was taken away, cooked a little more and returned to us, re-plated with fresh chips. We weren't offered any alternative, and if we hadn't been travelling all day, as well as it being Sunday - we'd have left it and gone elsewhere. The second night we ate out!
Would definitely not return and wouldn't recommend it to anyone either.

Pleasant place, clean and spacious enough, parking very useful and lovely breakfast. It is a good selection if you go to Tobermoy area.

We went on september, weather was not as good as espected but the village is charming and peaceful. Don't miss home made chocolate shop.

My preconceptions were all wrong. This hotel had charm and was really great value for money (£79 for a superior room). Room size was excellent, with the added bonus of a large ensuite with bath and a dressing room for clothing storage and well lit dresser mirror. We wanted to stay another night because it was so good, but alas they were fully booked. Breakfast was nice enough. The staff were awesome - friendly, helpful and calm.
Watch out for the steep hill climb if you are not terribly fit.

I stayed here for a business trip - the booking was made at the last minute during peak season so I was pleased with my spacious room with en suite bathroom and even a dressing room. It did smell a little musty but the room was clean, with everything you would need, and the bed was comfy. The evening meal was tasty, good and hot, and a good varied menu to choose from. All staff were very friendly and helpful, and went out of their way to let me have an early breakfast, which was very good. The icing on the cake was that I left my phone charger behind, and after emailing them they very kindly posted it on to me.
