What a wonderful place we found - very friendly and helpful owners.
Nice and clean rooms, good breakfast - and very nice with the honesty bar.
If we ever return to Mull, we know where to stay.

What a find. A last minute search for family accommodation on Mull was proving very difficult to find anything available on the usual sites - booking and laterooms - but the visitscotland site came through with the Druimnacroish and it was just perfect for us. We'll definitely return for longer next time.

We arrived lates so just dropped our bags and Margriet our host offered to phone ahead to the Am Berlinn, a local restaurant to ask if they could fit us in as it was later than their usual last sitting. They did and we enjoyed a delicious dinner there.

Comfortable accommodation with plenty of character. Like other reviewers we loved the little honesty bar service and my daughter was happy to find several traditional board games.

Breakfast was delicious home cooked traditional and had something for everyone and served in a nice big conservatory. Would thoroughly recommend this B and B. lovely scenic drive from this little inland spot to Tobermory which is about 20 minutes away by car.

We had a three night stay during which we explored the Islands. With Margriet's help we were able to get a trip to Staffa and Lunga --both amazing. there is a wonderful Pub and restaurant (that provides taxi service)nearby. the living room was welcoming after a long day and we made good use of the honesty bar. Needless to say we would all like to go back

After a long day navigating the Isle of Mull's single track roads (and weaving around local sheep) our family of three arrived wearily at this lovely B&B situated a couple of miles out of Dervaig. The stonework on this old house is beautiful, the decor inside stunning and the hospitality of hosts Neil and Margriet outstanding. They made us all feel so welcome. The rooms were spacious with lovely views of the hills beyond. Everything was lush green, quiet and calm. The local pub is a short drive away, but at their recommendation we chose to drive to Tobermory (30mins) to the award winning Cafe Fish for what turned out to be a great meal.

Breakfast was delicious, in a huge conservatory with those wonderful views. My only complaint? I wish we had spent longer there.

we phoned here very last minute after having a disastrous night camping then the car breaking down the next day and the couple here were just perfect. Very attentive and friendly, room was lovely with an amazing bathroom and a shower to die for. Plenty to offer for breakfast instead of the usual fry up which was great. If we ever holiday to mull again we will definitely book here. turned our nightmare into a dream.

We had only planned to stay one night but quickly decided to extend our stay once we'd arrived at Drumnacroish. It's a fantastic base if you want somewhere rural with easy access to the ferry and Tobermorey and there are some excellent places to eat close by. Neil and Margriet were very welcoming and went out of their way to provide great breakfasts, helpful advice and service generally. They are fantastic hosts.

The valley is a mix of farming and forestry and the views from our large, comfortable bedrooms were serene and relaxing. Wonderful beds and showers, a great assortment of books and maps for borrowing and an honesty system that adds a nice, informal touch ... We wished we could have spent longer.

I have just returned from 4 nights on Mull staying at the Druimnacrosh and I had a really great time. My room was spacious, clean, comfortable, had a very good shower and newly decorated bathroom and the most lovely view of the surrounding hills and a beautiful cherry blossom tree in full colour. The owners were very friendly and accommodating of out needs such as early breakfasts and advice about the surrounding area, restaurants and other bits and bobs.
There is a lovely communal area with a great supply of books, games and puzzles and a well stocked bar...a nice glass of Drambui after a long days walking was much appreciated!
Breakfast was tasty. I am a veggie and the vegetarian haggis and poached egg was served on toast made with homemade bread which was seriously delicious!
The only downside was that there was a loud snorer in the room below me and the walls seem to be a little thin as I could hear him very clearly and wished I had some earplugs with me...never travel without them!
Many thanks for a really lovely week!
