Great location just 400 yards from the ferry terminal. Views over the bay at breakfast/dinner was fantastic. Staff very friendly and willing to have a chat and a joke when time allowed. As others have commented, it is tail end of winter season, so didn't see too many staff, but service wasn't overly slow. Loads of parking, our room six was very spacious, clean and comfortable and enjoyed a good nights sleep. Wide range of breakfasts and the dinner was greatly enjoyed on the one night we ate in the hotel. The Spa was a great bonus and we tried most things outwith the treatments, which was a great end to the day. One minor issue was getting the shower water in room cool enough to enter, but overall a great stay and was a good base of operations to explore the island for two days

Room Tip: Go for a room with a view over Craignure Bay

We stayed here for a friend's 50th - we had a private dinner which was amazing and the chef had totally excelled himself. The staff were exceptionally friendly and very accommodating and nothing was too much bother.

Our room was very comfortable and clean.

All in all a fantastic night with great friends.

Just back from a two night stay at hotel. Winter staffing levels meant that they were rather stretched however all staff were friendly and very sociable (especially Gaby ). Hotel was very clean and rooms were clean and warm. Special mention must be made of the evening meals, they were excellent in choice, taste and service. We didn't use the pool facilities but they did look welcoming..Overall a really pleasant stay and being only a few hundred yards from the ferry it was so easy to find. Mull was ok but hotel was super.

Room Tip: All rooms seem to have sea views

My wife and I stayed here for 2 nights as a result of receiving a voucher for a 2 night stay with bed and breakfast. The hotel is easy to find when you disembark from the ferry from Oban. You can see the hotel buildings on your right as you leave the ferry. The hotel is handy ,if you are travelling without a car as it is only a few minutes walk from where the buses leave for Tobermory and Iona.
Rooms at the hotel are large and cofortable and we had a view of Craignure Bay.There is an excellent pool ,free to guests, attached to the hotel and the attendant is very helpful.
Breakfasts are excellent and plentiful. For dinner you can either eat in the restaurant or have a bar meal in the lounge -we tried both on successive nights.Food was again excellent. My only criticism would be that service on both occasions was a bit slow as there did not seem to be enough staff on but as it was still "Winter Season" this may improve in the summer.I would certainly return and there is plenty of car parking if you bring your car.

Room Tip: Try for a sea view room with a view of Craignure Bay.

Swimming pool made stay at hotel special. All facilities as a family we wanted and the pool was good to use on a very rainy day. A few cosmetic maintenance items in the corridors and no lift which meant we couldn't take pushchair to room but this didn't bother us. Good value for money. Friendly and helpful staff. Will be back next time we're in Mull.
