We dropped into this hotel with some friends and asked if we could be served with morning tea and coffee with snacks and were assured that it would be no problem. It took ages for the tea and coffee which were, respectively, stewed and appalling to be served and there were no snacks available. The service was dreadful with an obvious 'this would be a great job if it weren't for the customers' attitude. A mild compliant was met with the response that if they had known we were coming it would have been better. It certainly couldn't have been worse. One area on which thye don't stint is the charges.
