Went into this 'bar' for a quick snifter, before moving on.

Then we encountered the LOVELY Lauren, who proceeded with her wit and charm into buying several cocktail finalising with a French Martini - out of this world.

The rest of the staff stood by and applauded at these works of art and the skill in which they were presented.

This is a very nice place and is most certainly worth a visit.

Tried several times to book a table for the Christmas menu only to be told each time that the person who takes the bookings wasn't available and no one else could take it - never heard anything so ridiculous!! Made to feel they don't need or want the custom!! Not trying again so they've lost out.

We booked the Adamo for our friends birthday dinner. It certainly did not disappoint! I was a bit apprehensive before we arrived as Adamo has previously had a reputation of being 'too fancy' however, upon arrival we were greeted by the friendly waiter, Sam who took our jackets for us and showed us to our table. The restaurant was beautifully decorated with subtle copper-work and had a cosy ambience.

The food was delightful; presentation was immaculate and tasted great too! The bread came in a quirky little linen bag also, very quaint! I had the Quail which was cooked to perfection, I would definitely recommend then the Earl Grey Tea Soufle for dessert which I've never seen on a menu before. It was gorgeous! Served with little lemon marshmallows shaped as sugar cubes, very original.

My friend loved her birthday dinner and we'd like to say thank you to the kind and attentive staff at Adamo. Hats off to the chefs! Originality 10/10.

Great experience and we will certainly be back!

Decided to meet some family that were passing locally and agreed upon the Adamo for Lunch.

We were greeted warmly by Emma and introduced to our waiter Trevor who ensured that we were served promptly and gave recommendation on the tapas (bucket list!).

Catering for my young nephew and for adults the food came out well presented and tasted great.

The burger was fantastic, the chicken wrap and the tapas were all hot and fresh.

All in all, well done, it was a pleasant experience and we shall be back to try the Bitter & Twisted on draught and cocktails very soon.

We booked the Adamo Hotel restaurant to celebrate my mother-in-law's 75th birthday. There were 14 of us travelling over from Canada for the event. The evening started badly when the Adamo admitted it had lost our reservation. We were shuttled off to a side lounge while they rushed to set up a table. We were left in the dark (literally) for 1/2 hour before we went to find the barman to get drinks and the lights turned on. We were eventually seated and offered the bar menu to select our dinners. They informed us the kitchen wasn't set up for such a large party so instead of the dinner menu as advertised on their web site, we got burgers and chips. They were out of the soup and eventually out of chips. It took three hours for dinner, the children in the group were pretty miserable by the end of the evening and the adults were fed up. It was all made worse by the proximity of another private party in the restaurant which was enjoying a full service dinner (apparently their reservation was honoured). I was appalled by the treatment and deeply embarrassed. This was intended to be a very special evening to honour a lovely lady and instead we were ignored and insulted. I will never return and encourage others to stay away. There is a lovely little restaurant in Kincardine called the Unicorn, go there!
