Thought with the amount they spent on advertising they would be fantastic!
After ordering we asked 25 minutes later how much longer the food would be. The lady chef was flustered and then went on to publicly display how angry she was that we had said we'd been waiting so long.
One of the waiters, then proceeded to walk past us, slipped on a piece of dirty food on the floor and splashed tomato sauce all down my Mum's shirt. To be honest it was quite funny and they did offer to have the dry cleaning bill paid, which was really nice.
I think the woman in the kitchen just ruined it for us because she was so angry at us asking her to speed things up a bit for us due to waiting 25 minutes for our club sandwiches. She said, "Eh, I don't think so, they've only been waiting 20, God Sake, Give me a Break"
The food itself was average. Unfortuntely experiences can ruin any intention of future visits or recommendations.
