Go round the houses to get to it. When you do it's odd. Bit of a dingy place. Loads of beer bottles on shelves all round the room. Nice bloke offers beer tasting or you can buy full ones. Good beer but no sign of the tour, left after 5 minutes

Hi there,

We're so sorry you didn't enjoy your experience with us. The tours are actually flexible because we're such a small business — they don't start at any set time, just whenever a customer requests one. Once again, we're very sorry for the confusion, and do hope that if you're passing through the area again you'll consider popping through.

This friendly welcoming pub/brewery reminds me of an old mans front living room were everyone is welcome for music, song and general chat. The owner a kind faced individual welcomes and greets all those he meets. The venue is not massive by any means but the overall lay out is helpful with sofa's and chairs available depending on the occasion. Myself as a non-drinker i found the tour (available) insightful with a very helpful guide who is currently studying at a University in Edinburgh who explained in clear detail the ins/outs of brewing. Definitely worth a visit even as a non-drinker as the venue is a vision to behold. Recommend getting some food (fish/chips) at allan water cafe and a wee pint in the pub who allow you to eat in the pub. Plus once a month they have music night with Bob Dylan, Neil Young tunes available. Check it out if in BoA.

Don't miss the Bridge of Allan Brewhouse on your trip to the Stirling area. Fantastic selection of real ales with FREE tastings and a very friendly and knowledgable hosts. Hidden down a lane behind the Adamo hotel in Bridge of Allan is like a traditional scottish pub with folk music candles and some superb local beers. A real hidden gem!
