“Scrumptious, charming meal”
Reviewed October 24, 2013

This is just a lovely little place. The interior is charming, the food delicious and local, and the owner a hilarious and friendly man. It's not far from Stirling, so make the short trek and have a wonderful dinner! When we return to the Stirling area, I will insist that we eat here again!

“A hidden gem”
Reviewed October 20, 2013 via mobile

We strongly recommend eating here. We called in on holiday and the food was excellent and the service very friendly - but you would never guess any of this by by looking at it from the outside, so don't be put off as it is a 'hidden gem'.

“Great service and delicious food! ”
Reviewed October 19, 2013 via mobile

Visited on a Friday evening with my boyfriend and we were greeted with a warm friendly welcome. Lovely homely cosy place where we were able to sit by the open fire. Good selection on the menu which we enjoyed a delicious three course meal and prices are reasonable. Will definitely be back again to enjoy the Old Bridge Inn.

“Shang-a-Lang!”
Reviewed October 18, 2013

We were staying in the Stirling area and read about this restaurant on this website. Wow-what an incredible find! The owner was so attentive and the food was beyond compare. He was playing some Rod Stewart music during dinner but was kind enough to discuss the Bay City Rollers discography with us anyway-haha! We loved the decor and ambience of the place-but the magic that comes from the kitchen made it one if the most memorable meals we've had in a long time. Thank you kind Sir and please know your restaurant is at the top of our recommendation list!

“Wonderful, cozy ambience, great food and hosts”
Reviewed October 10, 2013

This is a wonderful little pub/restaurant. The owner and head waiter are both very kind and very attentive to our every need. The ambience and décor is very cozy and romantic and inviting. All the food we had was very tasty, homecooked style. I loved the lamb shanks! We learned that a fair bit of the inner décor, including a large bell came from an old church that had been destroyed in WWII. What a nice way to preserve some history!! Plus, the inn itself dates back to the 1700s.
