I've had these donuts since I was a kid. If you get them when they are fresh and warm they are absolutely out of this world. Soft, sweet, mouthwatering-ly delicious. Best when warm. However, if you do possibly have some left over the next day you can do what my Mom used to do. Heat about a table spoon of real butter in a skillet on medium high, add leftover donuts, cook about 3 minutes per side or till they have browned a bit. As my father in law always says "That's Some Good!".
