I noticed you didn't print my last review on the Piersland...........we were there for our anniversary on the 28th June this year, granted it was the wettest time in a long time, the food can't be faulted, but oh dear, the receptionist's needed a wee gee up in how to handle the public, they really couldn't care less whether we were there or not, and it showed in the manner we were received.
We were in one of the cottages, a great idea, but the smell of mould in it was really overpowering, even leaving the windows open didn't help............such a strong smell.
The rest of the time spent there , really couldn't be faulted, but please ladies, remember you are the first point of contact, and you carry the name of the hotel, a wee smile wouldn't go amiss.............More
