“The best restaurant for miles!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed August 27, 2014

What a find... this newly opened restaurant is wonderful. The food is all freshly prepared, and much of it freshly caught. The wine list excellent and reasonable. The service is personal and helpful.

“Extraordinary location”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed August 24, 2014 via mobile

This new cafe/restaurant is remotely located at Diabaig near Torridon and is a "must visit" place. To reach it you have to drive along one of Scotland's most beautiful roads which winds up and down the mountain side with wonderful views across Loch Torridon.

The drive along the north side of the loch is a real test of driving skill as the road is more like a roller coaster ride with steep climbs and drops. Great fun!

The cafe has breath taking views and serves homemade lunches, teas and dinners using the best local ingredients.

The owner is rightly proud of the new venue which deserves to succeed. There is absolutely no passing traffic - it's the ultimate destination cafe. Highly recommended.

“Great find, well worth the trip to Diabeg”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed August 18, 2014

This is a great little restaurant run by a welcoming young couple and it deserves to be a great success. Food is well cooked, well presented and a homely atmosphere. Their Cranaccen is one of the very best!

Lunches are served and dinner, best to book at peak times as they only have some 15 dinner places. Thanks for a great lunch.

“Lovely”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed August 11, 2014

Yes, we love it. Small, friendly, romantic, picturesque, cosy, great food whether it's a light lunch or full blown dinner. If the weather is good, sit outside and enjoy the view. If it's cold, enjoy the wood burner inside. A journey off the beaten track but well worth it. Only a few tables so allow yourself time to wait and take a little stroll along the pier. I'd recommend booking for dinner.
