We stayed here one night on the was back from FL. It seems to be a new comfort suites, as others have said. The beds were comfy, but I don't know why they designed the rooms so the beds are right against the partition or the radiator. It makes it hard to get on or off the bed if you are sleeping on the wrong side. Anyway, I also don't like the toilets with no lid, but I think this is a corporate decision. Be careful if you have kids (think toothbrush falling in the toilet). The breakfast room was crowded, but the lady working the room seemed very nice, and she was trying her best. We didn't try the pool.
Also, our room (102) had a broken lock. The deadbolt worked fine, but when we went to the breakfast room in the morning, I noticed that the door did not lock when you shut it. I told the front desk person when we checked out, but he did not seem concerned. He didn't make a note or anything, he kind of sounded like he thought I was crazy for caring about it. So, check to make sure your door locks if you are given room 102. Overall, the hotel was very clean, so I would still recommend it if you need to travel to Manchester.More
