Our family of 6 stayed in all three rooms for one night. All rooms are ensuite and very comfortable. We loved meeting Caroline Urquhart and felt right at home here. Caroline is an excellent cook - do not miss her muesli and yogurt or her french toast, all served on square wooden chargers - for a real "square meal." She is very charming and we only wished we could have stayed longer. We highly recommend this B&B.

Hiya, we stayed at this B&B for three times and have always been welcomed and served with a great enthusiasm. This B&B offers a great scenic breakfast room and also an awesome Scottish breakfast. The landlady is an exceptional person always ready to help, Timothy you got to understand that problems always arise and its got to be more understandable when health problems are the concern.

Best regards
Vince, Miriam,Luke & Matthew (Malta)

We arrived on foot, when walking the Great Glen Way, and were made very welcome by Caroline. The room had no views but was quiet and and comfortable with a superb shower room. No evening meal was available, as we knew in advance, but we found food in a rather touristy pub in the centre of town. The breakfast room has fabulous views down to the loch and the breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Just down the road is a great home-made pie shop - don't miss it. All in all, a great place to stay.

We arrived early, I was feeling 'worn out', Caroline was welcoming and after a nice hot bath and a rest we set off on the first of 2 days exploring the area. Some great scenery, Culloden Battlefield site is well worth a visit as is the Caledonian Canal at Fort Augusta...

Breakfasts were excellent and the Clootie Pudding 'brill' as was the Stonoway Black pudding.

Rooms very comfortable and the bath........excellent. The high standards at the Farm and the friendly company of Caroline set the standard for our touring holiday in Scotland - it was not beaten.

Thanks for everything.

MJG123.

We stayed for two nights at Drumbuie Farm. We were lucky to have the room with a view on the Loch Ness, with Highland cattle and sheep right down below our window. Caroline, the hostess, is really lovely, and her breakfast (including her homemade clootie dumpling) is simply gorgeous. She also was very helpful with places to visit. Drumbuie Farm is certainly a very nice stopover around the Loch Ness.

Room Tip: Ask for the room with a view on the Loch Ness.

Three of us stayed 3 nights at Drumbuie Farm in May. Wonderful views of the surrounding area from this home. The rooms were comfortable with newly remodeled bathrooms. Our hostess, Caroline, was very pleasant and gave us good suggestions for places to visit in addition to the standard sights, so we saw Beauly and lovely Glen Affric, too. It is a good base for exploring the Loch Ness and Inverness area.
