Loved that you can take a 2 min trip across the water logged cave to see alittle more. The kids lived it and made the day so much more exciting.

“Breathtaking”
Reviewed August 12, 2012

Lots and lots of steps, but to be expected as it's in a cove, worth it though.
Unfortunately there had been a lot of rain on the mountains so we never got to go in the boat to the inner caves as the water level inside the caves was too high.
Everything about it is on a grand scale, it was breathtaking.
Make sure to go across the road at the top and stand on the wooden bridge, from there you can see the Allt Smoo disappear down a hole into the cave below, a good head for heights is needed though.

“Well worth seeing”
Reviewed July 31, 2012

This was a very interesting visit and glad we stopped to visit it.
There is no charge for viewing it and depending on how much rain has fallen you can take a boat trip further into the cave.
It had been raining a few days prior to us visiting so the boat trips were cancelled, but still great to see without the boat
