The skiing/snowboarding facilities are great for adults and kids, learners and experts and those who just want to have fun. Hubby did the ice climbing today and loved it. He can't wait to go back and do it again.

“Snowboarding Indoor Heaven”
Reviewed September 5, 2013

First on the slope - well groomed snow. Very helpful, friendly and efficient staff - nothing is too much trouble for them. Excellent layout, bar overlooks the slope and you can even stand on a balcony within the slope area.

“Skiing & Snowboarding Intro”
Reviewed August 28, 2013

Recently took part in a Skiing & Snowboarding Taster Session, this offers a great opportunity to experience both activities in the same session at a fraction of the cost, there was 8 of us in total, 4 adults & 4 kids, the Instructor was fantastic, very informative & understanding especially with the kids, the session itself was extremely good fun and is designed to introduce you to the basics of both sports, would thoroughly recommend this starter package to anyone who has never tried skiing or snowboarding before, word of warning its not as easy as it looks lol, great way to spend time with family & friends.

“excellent facilities”
Reviewed August 25, 2013 via mobile

I had my first snowboarding lesson on Monday with Kate and it was excellent we visited early in the morning so the place was really quiet and there was only 2 of us in the group Kate was friendly and informative made us feel very comfortable. I enjoyed it so much I booked to go back on the Saturday late afternoon the place was really busy but it made no difference this time the group had 6 in it but the lesson was equally enjoyable and informative with Angus. I am looking forward to going back but I am really disappointed that the block lessons only run mid week it's just too far for me to travel in the evening :(

come on snow factor organise some weekend block lessons early mornings if afternoons are to busy

“Must try harder”
Reviewed August 12, 2013

My friends and I booked the sno zone sledging for ourselves and our kids to have fun. The snow was heavily ploughed and churned up so if you weren't heavy enough the furthest you could sledge was 5 metre's. The kids (age range 4 to 7) found the whole experience frustrating and not that enjoyable. We have previously sledged here and had a really good time. We gave feedback to our guide about the snow who was in agreement with us but offered no resolution. His comments were simply "you should have booked an earlier session", however our session was the second of the day. After 15minutes the guide relented and supplied us with disc's, which were better. £72 for 30mins for our group, i expect better!
