Never stayed just ate at the restuarant. Great food, great service and great value for money. We could not fault any aspect of our visit.

- the hotel had a bit of character to it
- famous hotel with links to the music industry
- staff were very friendly throughout
- we had a meal at the bar which was excellent
- breakfast was excellent, scrambled eggs and local smoked salmon!
- it is located on a main road, a bit of traffic noise but it didn't disturb me
- the rooms are in need of updating

Excellent, did my mother and myself proud. The food was excellent (i had the two course carvery meal), staff very warm, attentive and friendly. My mother was helped to the table, chair held and very courteously treated. Surroundings were warm and comfortable. Hats of to a great place with a sense of proper and food quality to match

Where do I start? the food was excellent - a french chef with a gastronomic understanding and a skill to match. Attentive staff with a smile and a warm welcome - something on the rare side now-a-days. A warmth and ambiance that relaxes with a great open wood burning fire, coffee served with a lovely piece of (hospitality) tablet on the side - great touch. A varied menu to meet all discerning tastes with a most helpful manager who assisted in helping us select the dishes that we truly enjoyed with a wine that just hit the perfect spot - thanks Ryan. I promise we will be back.

Room Tip: Trust the staff and give them your details - they have come up trumps for our party

My family stayed at the Bein Inn at the end of January 2012 – we were visiting Scotland under the worse possible circumstance – a very close family bereavement – the staff at the Bein Inn could not have been more helpful, the whole party of 12 people were greeted with a very warm welcome. The food was first class and the chef even offered additional meals to suit the vegetarian guests in our group. The manager Shaun allowed us to ‘take over’ the lounge one evening as more friends and family came to the hotel. The Bein Inn is a great location to base yourself when visiting Perth & Dundee, the staff are really friendly, the foods great and it’s very easy to find. I would certainly use this hotel again when visiting Scotland.
