Stayed here with my family in May 2011 for a long weekend as part of a Club Le Costa promotion. To be honest we didn't expect much and were dreading the obligatory sales pitch as part of the deal, but for the price (£99) we thought it worth a gamble..

And suprised we were. The accomodation was fantastic, we were put in a spacious, modern 3 bedroom lodge. There were 6 people in our party, but the lodge could have accomodated more. It was extremely well equiped, with a large flat screen TV, and surround sound in the main livingroom. The bedrooms were very nicely decorated, and had their own small flat screens. The beds were large and very comfortable. The bathrooms and ensuite facilities were also top notch. When we arrived the fridge was stocked with complimentary wine, juice, and breakfast provisions etc. All free of charge.

We found the resort grounds to be very nice, and the pool/spa facilities basic but adequate and functional.

The resort bar was very friendly with an intimate atmosphere, with live traditional folk singers playing, on one of the nights we visited.

Our only gripe would be that there is very little else to do on site with exception of the pool/spa and hotel bar.

However for a quiet get away, or as a base for discovering this wonderful part of Scotland, it is fantastic. The self catering accomodation genuinley 5 star.

As part of our deal we did attend the sales pitch, however there was no hard sell, we listened to what was on offer, which all sounded very appealing, but it was way above our means. We explained this to the salesman, and that was that, we were treated to a full breakfast, and allowed to enjoy the rest of our break.

We wouldn't hesitate to go back for a nice relaxing long weekend

First class! Clean, peaceful, professional attentive staff.
One thing I would say is that the duvets and pillows have feathers in them, although these are comfortable they are not for everyone.
Nevertheless a great stay.

Stayed here on a promotional break for 3 nights in a three bedroomed lodge with my family. (4 generations!) Wheelchair access good, cot and high chair provided. The accommodation was very good, bar the poor lighting - difficult to read a book - and lack of small sharp knives. Spa facilities excellent and although my partner and I didn't eat in restaurant (had to attend a presentation) the rest of my family did and they said it was very good. The staff we came into contact with were all very friendly and helpful. Location excellent - beautiful views and grounds attractive.

Even paying it ourselves, we will probably return!

We "won" this holiday after taking part in a survey. At first I was dissapointed as I had to pay an administration fee but having now been to Duchally I am glad I did.

We stayed in a 2 bed Lodge which was very clean, well equiped and in a great setting. It did not look as thougb it had been built 10 years ago, so clearly it has been well kept and maintained. The decoration was unique with traditional yet not staid furniture; certainly in keeping with the surroundings and very comfortable.

The food in the restaurant was good if not brilliant but certainly not a let down for the price. There was also a small leisure centre with a basic gym, pool and steam room and sauna.

Located in Perthshire there is so much to see. Less than an hour from the Cairngorms and surrounded by historic monuments and houses. Gleneagles is just down the road so ideal for golfers too.

Now this was a taster given to us on the proviso we had to sit through a presentation. It included a free meal as well as a discussion with a rrep and a short DVD. Although we went in with a slight view that we would say no whatever, by the end it was clear that what they are offering is certainly a very good deal.

Having said that, it was not ideal for us (we do not take enough holidays and have no family). The reps could see this and said early on that it was probably not the right us. They certainly were never pushy as some other reviews have said.

All in all, a great 3 days away and in the future we would certainly look into buying the time share should our circumstances change.

Stayed on a promotion break of £51 for 4 nights, what a bargain !! Lovely location if you just want to relax, but found it a little restrictive for me. Could do with a little convenience store on site for newspapers, bread milk etc, beautiful loodges but service in restuarant slow esp when it was already quiet with diners. Food great though and children ate for free x

we stayed at this estate in Oct2011 with family we had nice time, but sales people who force us to buy time sharing package were very rude we had to cancel our outing because they won't let us go outside the hotel because they wanted to give us a presentation on thier timesharing scheme. good place overall apart from sales project manager.
