Decided to try out this little restaurant after looking at previous reviews. We were the only ones in but the owner made us feel very welcome.
We had the special menu which consisted of Mezedes and then a main course. The Mezedes were excellent but very similar in that they were all Dolmades and studded with what appeared to be the same cous-cous based ingredients. So certainly of very high quality but we would have liked a little more variety.
The main courses were two Iranian/Lebanese lamb based dishes, both excellent and served with very good rice.
Glasses of reasonable red wine went down well.
We enjoyed the experience but feel there is room for a little variation.
Cannot fault the service or welcome. There was a lack of ambience but maybe a few more people in there would have helped this
Don't be put off-maybe when it is busier times then the variation will be there for you
