Stayed for 2 nights at the Tigh'n Eilean B&B Guest House in their summer house. The bed was very comfortable and room clean and tidy with the usual facilities of coffee/tea and TV. The en-suite bathroom has a shower cubicle but no bath. The owners are very welcoming and friendly and booked us in for dinner at the Ailean Chraggan restaurant (15-20 minutes walk across the bridge over the Tay and down to the next village. Thoroughyl recommend this restaurant for the beer garden, the views and the quality of food, service very friendly but can be slow because they were very busy).
Breakfast was good, although one might need to request porridge or alternatives to the fried eggs, since these were not offered to us, but other guests were served porridge and scrambled eggs on our second morning! The cooked breakfast described as a full Scottish breakfast was to my mind like an English cooked breakfast. It lacked items such as lorne sausage, white pudding, potato scones, haggis, however, the cooked breakfast we recieved was still very good, freshly cooked and tasty.
The location is on a quiet road, but within about 5-10 minutes walk of Aberfeldy high street for the shops, pubs, cafes, bistro.
