We had visited this tea room a couple of times three years ago. We enjoyed the tea rooms so much that on our recent visit to the area, staying near Killin, we were keen to revisit. There are some pleasant woodland walks in the area so we decided to park by the tea room and visit the tea room in the middle of our walk and at the end of the walk.
The tea room is only small inside but there is plenty of seating outside. It is in a beautiful location in the long and lovely Glen Lyon. On the first visit of the day we had soup, Jackie had Sweet Potato and Red Pepper and I had Chorizo, Cashew and Cauliflower. Both home made and very tasty. After the walk we had tea and scone with jam and cream. The service is very friendly and everything is reasonably priced,
The tea shop is closed Wednesday and Thursday and last orders are 4.45 pm. If you are in the area please stop and support this place.
