Thank you for your review - we're delighted you enjoyed your visit and your tour with Adam.
We bought the connoisseur tickets wanting to taste some great whiskeys.
The whole visit was great all in all.
Felt a bit stressful when going thru the museum and then straight to tasting.
We wanted to spend more time in the museum but felt Time pressured when everyone was gone all of a sudden.
When heading out, we understood that we apparently had tasting to do.
But we didn't have time for that, because we were already moving out for the factory tour.
We got to do the tasting after the tour was finished though.
It was informative and fun to see it all in action.
Got to learn some new stuff.
I was hoping for the prices of whiskey to be cheaper here. But it is cheaper to import for some reason.
We're pleased you found your visit great but sorry to hear that you felt rushed at one point - it's good to hear though that everything came together at the end and you learned some new information too.
Thank you for your review.
On 11th April I was taking a family group of eight from Edinburgh to Inverness, including two under-fourteens.
When the party expressed a desire to visit a distillery on the way I checked out Dewar's website, made a call, and despite the short notice, was readily accommodated by the very friendly and helpful Jonathan.
According to my passengers, the tour was very informative, entertaining, and child-friendly.
Meanwhile the counter and restaurant staff played excellent hosts to the hungry driver!
The advice given regarding the various whiskies was exceptional! - and all were well-impressed by the cakes on offer while sitting in comfort enjoying alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks!
I highly recommend this distillery for a visit!
A hearty thanks to all the staff from Bill of Happy Tours, Inverness!
We're delighted to hear that you had a good visit with us and that your guests were all happy with their experience. Thank you very much for your review.
We popped in as we drove past and were just In time to join the last tour of the day
Dorothy was our guide and she made the tour fun and interesting.
The distillery was in full production and my kids who were made really welcome on the tour were interested in seeing the sights and smells of production.
The movie shown in the theatre and museum were very interesting with an interactive touch.
We had the upgraded tour with a taste of cask strength whisky (highly recommended)
And a glass to take home.
Well worth the time and money even for those who don't enjoy a drink
We're pleased you enjoyed your visit and your tour with Dorothy, thank you for your review.
Really interesting tour of the working distillery. Our guide Craig was very good adding wit as well as knowledge. He answered all questions and made the tour very enjoyable. Would definitely recommend.
We're delighted you enjoyed your tour with Craig and would recommend - thank you for your review.
Lovely grounds, informative tour, hospitable hosts, and a wonderful opportunity for me to become acquainted with the source of my favorite whisky. Definitely do the cask tasting if you have the opportunity.
Thank you for your review - we're pleased you enjoyed your visit and found the tour to be informative.
