The Distillery tour was a highlight of our stay on the island, we learned a lot about this wonderful spirit and it is set in the most amazing scenery. And they have eagles!
The tour was approx 45 mins and you get to see the whole distilling process starting and ending with a tasting and a lesson in how to drink it correctly.
The shop was full of whiskey and also local produce and artworks.

Really enjoyed our tour of the Arran distillery, Campbell the tour guide was brilliant and was very enthusiastic about the whisky. He taught us loads of new things about the whisky distilling process. The actually distillery and the shop were also really nice and sold some lovely items... can’t fault the whisky itself either. Best of all the tour was free so worth a visit for anyone that is interested in whisky.

This is a very interesting place to visit and the Whisky is of the highest quality.
A second distillery is being built on the Island so visits can only get more interesting in future. As a bonus the Distillery is locally owned by private shareholders. Many other Distillers in Scotland are in Foreign ownership or part of very large companies.

We loved this visit. We loved the friendliness of the people, the explanation was pitched just right. Our youngest hated the smell, but then so did I when my parents took me on a distillery tour at her age. The cafe was good and the views from it were great. Excellent use of a day.

A great wee distillery - an absolute tonic compared to some of the larger distilleries that Scotland has to offer.

Great wee shop and cafe, and as with everyone on Arran - fantastic, helpful and friendly people
