A wonderful getaway, located in the most beautiful place. Cracking quality and service throughout! The meals were great value and the quality was second to none. The whole facility was clean and well maintained. I would wholeheartedly recommend Auchrannie Spa Resort!!

We had an amazing stay. Friendly staff, great food and wonderful facilities. We stayed in the Spa Resort and the pool, sauna, and steam room were just perfect. Lovely evening meal and brilliant breakfast in Cruize bar/brasserie. Room was great. Good wifi too!

Room Tip: We had a ground floor room facing West. Lovely view of the hills etc...

I was asked to choose anywhere in the world to visit with my family for a special birthday and I chose Auchrannie resort.
The spacious family rooms are large, comfortable and well equipped. Although it would be nice if rooms were a little more unique or had local prints on the walls this is not a show stopper as the views from the rooms certainly are unique.
The bathrooms are warm and clean, with lovely local toiletries and big fluffy towels. The shower is lovely, hot and powerful!
Staff are attentive but not overbearing. The housekeeping is exceptional and the team should be commended for their attention to detail on cleaning.
A huge thank-you to lynette on reception for sorting an early check in after our long journey through the night!

Picked up at ferry by resort mini bus. Check in was quick and staff were friendly and informative. Room was big with sitting area and all facilities you expect in a good quality resort. Dined in Cruize restaurant for all meals and drinks and all the staff were very knowledgeable and friendly. It is a good base for walking and is near a few of the visitor attractions. After a long walk I had a relaxing massage in the Spa which was lovely. After my three night stay I was returned to the ferry by mini bus having enjoyed my stay at the resort. Excellent mini break, I'll be back.

Luxurious accommodation and an excellent base for our first visit to Arran. Now in retirement, our introduction to the resort was through the Groupon two day deal which we found to be excellent. The continental breakfasts were particularly superb and good value and though the Cruiz menu didn't cater particularly well for non-meat eaters and seemed overpriced we did enjoy Brambles restaurant for a lunch and evening meal. We took our car on the ferry and really were impressed by the beauty of the island. The only hiccup was on the return journey when our ferry was cancelled and Auchrannie was fully booked for the night. However we were not stranded. The reception staff were most helpful and phoned around to find alternative accommodation for us.

The Auchrannie Lodges are the nicest lodges that any of our party of 15 have stayed in and we have stayed in lot's of lodges. They were stunning and luxurious and a relaxing weekend was had by all.
The surrounding were beautiful, the use if the leisure facilities was great and food from the cruize bar was delicious.
All round the staff were excellent. We are all looking forward to returning.
An excellent resort.

At the heart of the beautiful isle of Arran lies the multi-award winning, family owned Auchrannie Resort. Auchrannie now consists of two four star hotels; the romantic and relaxing ‘House Hotel’ catering for couples and those wanting a more intimate experience whilst the contemporary ‘Spa Resort’ is popular with families and those prefer a more modern feel to their surroundings. In addition, the resort features 30 five-star self-catering lodges (sleeping up to 8 in total luxury and therefore perfect for the extended family), 3 outstanding, award winning restaurants and bars, 2 leisure centres both with pools, destination spa featuring treatments by ESPA and Ishga and an outdoor adventure centre. Arran is Scotland’s most accessible islands, often referred to as "Scotland in Miniature” due to the dramatic contrast between the hills and mountains in the north, and sweeping moorlands on the south of the island. A short 55 minute ferry journey off the Ayrshire coast, Arran is easily reachable by those arriving into any of central Scotland’s main airports as well as those travelling by car, train and coach. Whilst many tourists arrive on the island simply to kick back and relax, the island is packed with attractions and sights for visitors of all ages. ... more   less
