8 of us went cycling around Arran and stayed at the Auchrannie for two nights. Beautiful location, very friendly staff and excellent facilities. The service and food where exceptional, especially the night porter in the old building who at 2am got a bunch of slightly tipsy lads drinks and munchies. Thoroughly recommended for its scenery, location and friendliness of the staff.

Their poster in reception is true, you will find it hard to leave the Auchrannie.

Three old college friends & myself had a fabulously special time here at this Spa hotel, sharing 2 twin rooms
Rooms were of a high standard with excellent views .
The staff were very helpful & professional at all times. The spa staff were excellent & took great care & effort to make sure the ladies had exactly the treatments they required.
We ate in The Cruise resturant & Eighteen69 for our "Special" meal together ! the food was outstanding & the service Top Notch .
Our buffet breakfast was also very good & relaxing with us being able to take our time chatting ,reading papers & enjoying the views out over Arran.
We had a good look around the island & really want to return for a longer stay & perhaps book one of the superb lodges.
Definately going to return .

I recently enjoyed a 2 night break at the Spa Resort. I was in a party of 4 sharing 2 twin rooms. The rooms were a good size and very comfortable. Good powerful showers and lovely Arran Aromatics toiletries.
We ate in Cruize both nights and found the choice and quality of the food excellent. Buffet breakfasts were also spot on. All staff were very friendly and helpful.
We used the courtesy bus pick up from the ferry and arranged for our luggage to be delivered back to the terminal in time for our return ferry. This left us luggage-free to enjoy our last day. Great service.
Looking forward to our next visit.

My wife and I spent a most enjoyable, relaxing weekend in April at the Spa Resort. Room was of a good standard and all staff were very friendly. Ate in two of the three restaurants. Great food and service. If and when I return to Arran I would definately stay at the Spa Resort.

We won a 3 night stay at the Auchranny luxury lodges for 6 people with ferry fares thrown in too. All i can say is WOW what a lovely place to be quiet peaceful place with stunning views. On our arrival into the lodge we changed from mid to late 40's into big kids!! the lodge was stunning and all set to a very high standard If your idea of a holiday is a total relaxing holiday in your familys company then this would be for you with a pool sauna steam room all within a short walk away also 3 restaraunts to choose from What I personally found was Brodick had very little to do unless you liked golf/ walking/biking We drove all the way round the island calling at the Arran distillery which was very good we also called at the Arran aromatics but really enjoyed the views of the deer and wildlife

Excellent venue, staff really helpful, room very clean and restaurant wonderful, food highest quality,.would recommend this hotel/spa, very close to ferry port, within walking distance, but better taking a taxi. Arran is a wonderful Island so much to see and do.

Second time to Auchrannie, first time was a stay in the lodges for a wedding, we had always promised to return. This time chose to stay in the Spa Resort. Definitely not disappointed, rooms were great, service was superb, staff friendly and nothing is a problem.
Will be back again.

At the heart of the beautiful isle of Arran lies the multi-award winning, family owned Auchrannie Resort. Auchrannie now consists of two four star hotels; the romantic and relaxing ‘House Hotel’ catering for couples and those wanting a more intimate experience whilst the contemporary ‘Spa Resort’ is popular with families and those prefer a more modern feel to their surroundings. In addition, the resort features 30 five-star self-catering lodges (sleeping up to 8 in total luxury and therefore perfect for the extended family), 3 outstanding, award winning restaurants and bars, 2 leisure centres both with pools, destination spa featuring treatments by ESPA and Ishga and an outdoor adventure centre. Arran is Scotland’s most accessible islands, often referred to as "Scotland in Miniature” due to the dramatic contrast between the hills and mountains in the north, and sweeping moorlands on the south of the island. A short 55 minute ferry journey off the Ayrshire coast, Arran is easily reachable by those arriving into any of central Scotland’s main airports as well as those travelling by car, train and coach. Whilst many tourists arrive on the island simply to kick back and relax, the island is packed with attractions and sights for visitors of all ages. ... more   less
