We always pay a visit to both Bilsland and their cafe when on Arran. It may not be as fancy as other cafe's but they do a good coffee and there will be something sweet to eat to suit all tastes. Not expensive and clean with very friendly staff.

Always stop here on every visit to arran, the kids love the crazy golf and its always nice to sit with a coffee whilst enjoying views of Goat Fell and the ferry coming and going.

Table service, lovely tea and cake, great views, warm and comfy on a wet day with an interesting shop to browse too.

So the shop is a crammed packed assortment of toys, household goods and walking/beach kit, typically Brodick and the cafe is on the ground floor. Standard cafe fare (toasties, baked potatoes, burgers) but typically very expensive as is good all over the island. Chips at £2.65 a portion!! Basic but clean with decent toilets.

We stopped here for a quick cup of coffee before heading for the ferry home. The cafe is nothing special to look at but the view over the bay is lovely. We had a pretty good cup of coffee and a nice piece of cake. The cafe is not fancy but there is plenty of space and it does the job.
