Walking past you think this looks nice, the menu had some nice dishes on it and at reasonable prices. After asking for a table for 6 (3 adults and 3 kids) we had to wait 5 minutes for the waitress to clean an empty table. After sitting down she ignored us and wandered back over to the bar. The other waiter came over with menus and just as we're about to order drinks he wanders off. 20 minutes in we finally get our drinks, flat coke in dirty glasses, lovely. After waiting 45 minutes for our food we gave up and walked out. The waiter didn't take payment for our drinks which was the only positive. Just as we were leaving we heard the waiter swearing at the kitchen staff that they'd lost another table. Really appalling service and terrible behavior from the staff. I find it hard to believe that this business can survive with such hit or miss service.

The customers concerned were told of the wait before sitting down as approximately eight tables had came in at once and the table they wanted was occupied. They said they wanted to wait . So table could not be cleared until free. There are no dirty glasses in our establishment as we have a very strict policy. They did not offer to pay for their drinks. There was no swearing whatsoever. I was present at the time and would not tolerate such behaviour. I regret they did not have a good experience on this occasion.

While craving for pizza our eye spotted the sign for this little restaurant. The bruchettas as a starter are a winner. Pizza was ok as well. Could use some proper craftbeers on the list.
Only staff started cleening the place (at 18h o_O). Including cleening the windows so whole places smelled like aggressively soap. Not so nice

Have just eaten here again and had a very enjoyable meal with friendly and efficient service. Haggis starter was excellent as was the fish and chips. Have eaten here on numerous occasions and have never been disappointed. Relaxed and friendly atmosphere and even though it was busy the 2 waiting staff seemed well able to cope and never seemed stressed or hurried. I have no doubt that we will return on future visits to the island.

We had quite a nice family meal in here which, with the special offer on pizzas, was quite good value.

My kids raved about their spaghetti and meatballs and nagged us for days afterwards to go back.

Unfortunately the service was not quite of the same quality. We were there at the Glasgow Fair weekend so it may have been an unfortunate combination of a busy time and perhaps new staff but this did have an impact on our experience (though not to the extent that it did others we saw!)
