Went to see Falkland Palace but didn't realise it is closed till late March. Our time wasn't wasted as we decided to have lunch while we were there. Although there are number of eateries in Falkland we decided to lunch at The Bruce Inn which is situated directly across from the Palace. It was a good decision as the food was excellent. On the tables were a selection of trivia questions to help pass the time while we were waiting for our food ( didn't have to wait long ). We kept changing the trivia from table to table. The has a great history and has loads of character
