Stayed here for two nights with itison deal which was great value. Room and ensuite bathroom was lovely with abundance of toiletries and lovely big bath towels. Food was good with big helpings. Staff friendly and helpful. Even umbrellas at front door of accommodation for use of guests if you had forgotten yours. Free water in fridge nice touch too. Only downside was no parking on site . Plenty parking within five minutes walk. Would definitely stay here again.

Room Tip: Ask for quiet room

Myself and the boyfriend stayed here for 2 nights (a Fri/Sat) as part of an Itison online deal. The staff were lovely and friendly, and the room was amazing. Our room (number 8) was huge, and had a lovely seaview out the back of the hotel. The room was really tastefully decorated and very clean, with a comfy king size bed, big flatscreen telly with Sky, and lots of storage space. The bathroom also had the biggest bath you could ever ask for - great for when we came in from a long walk in the cold and rain! The room was cleaned each morning, and towels replaced, as well as the complimentary water, biscuits, coffee etc. Breakfast on both mornings was provided up in The Bank's bar - also great, with lots of options. Overall, a brilliant stay and will definitely be back again!

just had great 2 night stay in the Bank Anstruther. Room fantastic, staff superb and food fabulous. Would go back in a flash as I rate this as a hidden gem of a hotel. Only downer was the weather, typical Scots Spring!!

Room Tip: get one at the rear, better outlook.

Turned up without a booking and there had been a cancellation so I got lucky.

The room was very large and spacious. It was decorated to a very high standard and was very clean. They provided everything you could need and it was all good quality. I was on the front side of the building, over-looking the road, and this did not disturb at all - no noise and car headlights flashing passed.

Popped into the bar for a drink before heading to be and there a nice atmosphere and the staff were friendly.

Breakfast was tasty and well cooked. Plenty of choice and the view was lovely - the sea.

This was a bargain and I will be returning.

Room Tip: I would imagine any room there would be better than just good!
