Wonderfully clean. Good breakfast and friendly welcome. Very good value for money. I'd have no hesitation in using Pinegrove again.

If you are planing a trip to the Antrim coast don't even consider anywhere but Heather and George Barr's lovely home where excellent comfort ,food and care await you.Nothing is too much trouble for them. They have a lovely garden with sun room too.Bedrooms well appointed and if you don't have en suite don't worry, there are luxury bathrobes provided for you short trip to your private bathroom. This is a great place to stay for touring the coastline or just getting spoiled .Heather will be happy to amuse you with stories from her eclectic collection of books and George is a dedicated gardner. You will be lovingly welcomed and cared for here.
We will be back. Thanks a lot.

Look no further, Heather & George make you feel like you are going to your second home even before you arrive. They are so welcoming and professional, from the initial inquiry to the final goodbye. Nothing is too much trouble from their unforgetable hot and cold breakfast choices with home made fruit salad with seasonal extras from their own green house, to the scones with home made jam or treats left for your afternoon tea. Their help in directions and advice on anything Ballymena,toThe Glens and the Antrim Coast and beyond was offered with their loving enthusiasm for this beautiful part of the world.

We knew we would like to spread out during our stay after stopping in many hotel rooms during our long holiday around Europe and many other countries so we chose the family room. The bed was wonderful, the spotless fully equipped en-suite with hair dryer and heated towel panels was a delight and not to forget the TV/DVD, fridge, microwave, kettle with all the little extras to make a cuppa any time you wish.

Ballymena is the perfect location with quaint shops and great restaurants and even top fashion stores to choose from all tucked away in a beautifully flower decorated small township. This is a wonderful base to explore Northern Ireland without the constant unpacking and packing. The local people have a special charm and character where you feel welcome and that nothing is too much trouble.

Heather & George were never intrusive yet always warmly welcoming and obliging. How can we ever thank them enough for allowing us to totally relax to the point where we cancelled a two night stay elsewhere to extend our stay at their home away from home with all the 5 Star extras.

The only thing wrong was that we could not stay longer, we hope to return to Pinegrove Lodge B&B and our new friends with our sincere thanks to Heather & George.

George and Heather's hospitality and friendliness knows no bounds. Beautiful home, spotless amenities, fantastic value, tasty food, perfectly located. Even prior to our arrival they were helping us find our way around Ballymena. This place has genuinely no negatives. Northern Ireland is a pretty small place so you really shouldn't stay anywhere else.
