We stumbled across the Salt Pig whilst looking for supper in Wareham. We received a very warm welcome from the chef and his staff, and had a wonderful plate of local charcuterie and some fabulous local lamb followed by a dark chocolate and raspberry tart with the most delicious raspberry sorbet. They source all their meat, fish, fruit and veg locally and present it beautifully. We paid £58 for a massive shared starter plate, two mains, one pud, one bottle of local beer and a soft drink. Well worth it.
