Just the ideal B&B:
- Lovely welcome, with tea and cake by the pond
- Perfect setting
- Beautiful house and gardens
- Lovely, comfy, clean room
- Real milk in the room, no nasty little pots
- The most amazing breakfast
- Helpful suggestions

Well done!

Room Tip: We liked ours - facing North West, view of the castle

I stayed three nights on my own and it was my first experience of a B&B. What an experience! Everything about my stay was perfect and far exceeded some of the so-called 'top' hotels I have stayed at in my long life. I particularly liked the emphasis on fresh home made food which was delicious and the extra touches, even down to supplying a torch if needed when coming home late. An ideal place to stay if you want to walk and not use your own transport. I was made to feel very welcome and at home. Thank you so much, Kate and Mark. I look forward to staying again.

We spent two nights at Challow Farmhouse before and after a friend's wedding - and we'll be back for a longer stay! Kate and Mark are such good hosts (attentive but totally not intrusive), it felt like a stay with very thoughtful old friends. Instantly relaxing. A wonderful peaceful location and beautiful, cleverly developed rooms which feel luxurious and homely at the same time. Close enough the village to stroll through it. Would be a great base/start for a walking or cycling holiday. Home made shortbread and perfectly judged breakfasts... Can't praise it highly enough. But don't all rush at once - we want to be able to go back!

We stayed at Challow for a short break. Challow is simply wonderful with extremely comfortable and tastefully decorated rooms. The location is brilliant - just out of Corfe so no road noise, but close enough to stroll to the village across the fields in the evening. The breakfasts were marvellous with lots of choice and very high quality produce. It cannot be faulted!!!

Have just spent a w/e at Challow Farmhouse and can happily say it is, by far, the best B&B we have stayed at in the area, and we have been B&Bing in the area for many years now. Location is fabulous, accomodation excellent [beautifully decorated, king sized bed, spotlessly clean, beautiful bathroom etc], breakfast delicious, Kate as host is great, attentive without being intrusive and has great attention to the small details that make all the difference. Excellent value for money and we thoroughly recommend staying here.
