My boyfriend and I stayed here for the wknd and had a fabulous time. The room was comfortable and fully equipped with amenities just like any other hotel but it also had a personal touch and homey feel that made our stay even more enjoyable. Angela and Peter are delightful and breakfast was delicious. We will def stay here on our next visit to the area!

Room Tip: We stayed in room 4 which is massive - one queen bed and two singles - with an en-suite bathroom tha...

Having stayed here on 11/3/12 for one night we came away with our faith restored in B&Bs thanks to Angela, Kerry and Peter. This is an amazing B&B which we would highly recommend to all. The rooms are spacious and light with wonderful views across the hills. We were made to feel very welcome and couldn't fault a single thing. And the breaskfast is to die for. We would definately go back when in the area. An amazing B&B 10 out of 10.

Room Tip: We had room 3 and would recommend the big bath just lovely!

This is the second time I have stayed in this wonderful B&B and it's absolutely fantastic. The room is more like a 5 star hotel offering splendid views across the Purbeck Hills and, if you're lucky enough, you'll spot some deer in the nearby fields. En-suite bathroom is spotless and comes complete with fluffy white towels, bathrobes and complimentary bath and shower gels / shampoo. Homemade shortbread accompanies the tea and coffee available in the room. The breakfast is truly exceptional! Will definitely be going back next Spring and Summer. Thank you again for a wonderful stay!

4 of us stayed at Castle View on 27th October 2011 and we would all recommend it very highly. The rooms are immaculate with a very comfortable bed, TV, T&C making stuff including home made shortbread and even a torch and binoculars so you can take a better look at the lovely views from the window. The bathroom is well stocked and there is even a towelling dressing gown for each guest. The breakfast is epic. 3 types of juice, fresh fruit salad and a variety of yogurts, loads of different cereals and a cooked breakfast that would defeat the english rugby team. Angela and her family are very welcoming and helpful and the information in the room is really helpful if you are there to discover the area. It's almost worth going back to the area just to stay there again!

We said we'd be back, and return we did. Both stays were brilliant. We have stayed in most of the rooms now and they were all nice and comfortable. Peter, Angela and Kerry are great hosts and deserve all the lovely reviews as seen on here. We are missing Dorset and Angelas Shortbread!! BTW the Raspberry has rooted nicely thank you! Les and Liza

What a find?! Very well located to explore the delights of Corfe and Swanage. We were in the area for a christening (in Worth Matravers) & stumbled across this B&B online. Our room was very comfortable and SPOTLESS, with some cute touches such as homemade shortbread, bottled water & chocolate (how to win the heart of a pregnant woman?!), the breakfast was delicious. So beautifully presented and laid out for just the two of us!! The owners had a great knowledge of local area for best places to eat (FYI the Scott Arms is great!). Definitely recommend this lovely, homely place.

Our stay at Castle View was comfortable. Our smallish second floor room, nestled under the sloping roof, was charming, with a comfortable bed (plus 2 smaller beds which we didn’t need, but which could have accommodated another adult, or a couple of kids), two small but comfortable chairs, lots of storage for clothes, and a small refrigerator (with complimentary chocolate – a nice touch). There was a small but well equipped bathroom, which had been newly renovated. Angela and Peter made us feel very welcome (and Peter took our bags upstairs for us). Breakfast was excellent, including cereal and delicious fresh fruit as well as the usual English cooked items. Free Wi-Fi was available downstairs in the dining room. Castle View is a 10 minute drive from Corfe Castle. There was no view of the castle from our room (Castle View was the name of the original house, which did have a view, and you can see the Castle from one spot in the private back yard). Castle View is a good place to stay if you want to visit Corfe Castle (an imposing ruin which is well worth a visit).
