“Super venue”
Reviewed October 8, 2013

The Arts Centre in Bridport is not only a super venue for a wide attraction of events, but I can recommend the cafe. Although not open every day (only Wednesday, Friday and Saturday 10am to 2pm) it has a lovelylittle garden for sunny days, and the staff are charming. The food's not bad either! All good qualityand very tasty eg: quiche, home made soup with bread from the award-winning local Leaker's bakery, yummy pate served with a big salad garnish.
It's very child-friendly so it can get a bit noisy, and the loos are sadly not up to much, but overall it's very good value for money and well-placed for whatever interesting event is taking place in the Arts Centre.

“Paved garden with some shade, tasty omelette, soup, salad”
Reviewed July 29, 2013

I count myself a regular, this arts centre is friendly and accessible for food, friends, families.
The programme of events gets better every year and is not in the 'rip-off' business

“Food and Drink in a Cultural Comfortable Welcoming Setting!”
Reviewed April 21, 2013

For a decent cup of (specialist) tea (Rooibosh is not yet widely available and bog standard workman's brew is not something I relish nowadays!) and some wonderfully tasty, healthy and very well priced food, this little place is a great find. Bustling, warm, friendly staff, great décor - we will be avoiding the overpriced prominent high street purveyors of coffee (substandard but branded!) from now on. Really worth a visit!
