What a find. Hidden at the far end of East Street is this unassuming little Hotel. The Cellar has been converted to Bistro and the atmosphere is intimate and relaxed. 6 to 8 tables serving 16 to 20 covers. The wine list is extensive, well balanced and very keenly priced. More amazingly, every Red or White is available by the glass. The menu; 'Set faces to stun' Sauerkraut Bhaji - original, unique items presented at the highest levels (Too pretty to eat) and main courses a little over a tenner! Bridport has some fine eateries and there is little room in this town for mediocre. But the Bridge House knocked our socks-off! This little Bistro has a truly gifted chef who's passion is infectious. This is obvious form the quality that pours form the Kitchen. Highly recommended.
