Very pleased with park and accommodation was very worried after reading some reviews but caravan was spotless and what you would expect for the money pool very nice outdoor heated in door a bit more basic very steep walk to the beach but good regular buses from park to beach only down side was that right next to entertainment so could hear noise a bit but not too bad overall we had a lovely time

Thank you for posting your recent review. I am pleased to read that your holiday with us was able to reassure you after reading some negative TripAdvisor reviews; caravan holidays are not suited for all families and it is great to hear you had such a lovely time with us at Woolacombe Bay.

In all departments our staff work exceptionally hard to ensure you receive the very, best customer and holiday experience as possible; finding time to relax as well as fun activities for all ages.

I do apologise you were able to hear the evening entertainment from your accommodation and I will discuss your comments with the Entertainments Manager accordingly.

I do hope your family will return to us in the future, we look forward to welcoming you back.

Room Tip: Recommend the lodges plenty of space and comfortable

It is lovely to read you had another fantastic holiday with us at Woolacombe Bay and found the staff to be welcoming and friendly.

It is also fantastic to read you have noticed part of our £2.5m investment into the accommodation and facilities for 2013 and found lots to do for all the family.

We can’t wait to welcome you back to our Park for another fun-packed family holiday, see you soon!

Booked this site as dog and child friendly. We had the Budget caravan and it was very budget, one week would have been plenty. No hinges on overhead cupboards so you have to hold with one hand and take plates etc out with the other, curtains hanging off tracks with no hooks, very very small single, if single at all beds, no freezer in fridge and Wi Fi not good at all. On the plus side nice clean site with plenty of dog and rubbish bins, good entertainment and decent shop. The location is perfect to sight see and Woolacoombe beach is brilliant

Room Tip: If you are fussy then do not go for budget as you may be disappointed.

Thank you for your review. I apologise you encountered some issues when holidaying in one of our Budget pet friendly caravans. Our housekeeping and maintenance team work very hard to ensure any problems reported to reception are rectified efficiently and professionally and I do hope the problems were reported and dealt with to your satisfaction before departure.
I am pleased to read you were impressed with the presentation of the Park and the dog friendly facilities for pet owners.

Our entertainment team work very hard to ensure you receive the best possible holiday experience and your comments encourage them further.

Your feedback is much appreciated; it helps us identify areas to improve our Park and we look forward to your return.

Stayed at woolacombe Bay site in August 13 and really enjoyed, good evening entertainment for kids and also the day activities kept kids happy. We have a tourer so can't comment on their caravans, the only problem we felt was the walk to toilet block, needs lights on route for people needing the toilets at night. Shower block is cleaned at a regular schedule just a shame some of the tourists don't clean or wipe the showers down after them ;( finding long hair on tiles and plug holes when entering shower is not very hygienic. Kids running in toilet block without being accompanied by an adult is also an issue and some should be taught how to flush toilets after use!!
Our plot was a good size with plent of space :) liked the fact you had a small hedge around each plot marking your area.
Shop (premier) was well stocked with plenty of choice and reasonable priced.
Hoping to return again next year.

Thank you for your recent review. It is such a pleasure to hear we were able to provide such a happy, memorable holiday for your family.

Your concerns regarding the camp field have been noted and will be considered when planning the Park’s future improvements for the next season.

I do hope your family will return to us again soon for another fun-packed holiday. We can’t wait to welcome you back!
