We stayed at Wellington Farm overnight, we loved it, the charm and tradition of the building is well preserved, the rooms were clean and comfortable, the breakfast was excellent ....it was really down to the owners Marcia and Gary, who went the extra mile for us, we really appreciated the hospitality..... Thank you

It is without hesitation that we recommend your hotel to others.

Room Tip: The Heather room was great.... All good apart from couldn't delete the trip adviser swimming poo...

Camped overnight, had a great welcome, a smashing day which started with a wonderful breakfast, followed by what can only be described as a corker of a cream tea. Pretty plant pots which add a lovely country feeling to a Beautiful old farmhouse. Would we stay again? You bet!

Room Tip: All rooms are double glazed and extremely well presented, we had "honeysuckle" with the 4...

Spent one night here in a very cosy room with a comfortable bed. The traffic noise was obvious and we were disturbed by late night guests going to their rooms. This did not distract from our overall satisfaction. The full English breakfast was freshly cooked and options were available. I would agree with previous comments that the hosts are very welcoming and deserve to do well in the service they provide. Dogs are welcome too which is always worth knowing.

Room Tip: We chose the Rose room which was en suite and spacious and on the ground floor which would be great...

Excellent hosts, very helpful. Beautiful property and surroundings, wonderful breakfast. Very handy for dining at Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall's canteen in Axminster. The weather was sunny and warm when I visited but I imagine the guest lounge would be warm and welcoming even on a miserable day.

Cosy place comfy bed quiet location. Great cooked breakfast. Too close to main road so even though we had a quiet night there is a potential for traffic noise to be in issue if your after a quiet night! But i highly recommend it still and the hosts were fantastic. Thanks!
