You can have a meal, snack, drink or ice cream either on the ample tables on the bank or on board the moored barge. An unexpected find and good for people watching as well.

What a wonderful setting, right by the beautiful Tiverton Canal, just idyllic on a warm summers day- not to mention unique.
The Ducks Ditty floating barge bar is, I feel, missing a massive opportunity. There were just pasties on the menu when we visited on bank holiday weekend, and as delicious as they were, I just wish I could have chosen from a few more things- baguettes, sandwiches, jackets maybe? We were hungry, and the pasties were fine, but quite 'forgettable'.
Unlike beautiful Ross the horse, who drew everyone up the canal so sedately on Monday afternoon- I think those people will remember their experience for a very long time.
Ducks Ditty-- friendly staff, incredible setting (and set-up)--- so, why not diversify???

Had a cream tea at this establishment which was lush - lovely warm home-made scone and plenty of jam and cream all at a reasonable price

Popped in for a snack whilst waiting for the horse drawn canal barge. Nice and friendly staff with a good welcome. Coffees were very good. We both had the cheese potato and onion pasty. Exceptionally tasty. Sat in the verandah area of the barge. Watched the ducks swim by and the kingfisher flying over. A delightful snack lunch on the canal.

Lovely cafe and the staff are lovely, we had a pasty which was fantastic but would like to have a plate and cutlery. The pasty was very hot and difficult to hold in just a bag, a great idea but not practical, won't stop me from coming back though.
