Stayed here with a friend for just one night after a wedding nearby. We were looked after superbly by Nick with, amongst other delights, homemade honey, jams, eggs, bread and tomatoes in the morning. Everything was lovely and clean and we felt very comfortable in their beautiful, cosy home.

We have just returned from a two night stay at The Belgrave.A lovely warm welcome from Nick and Mary, and a nice pot of tea was most welcome after a long journey. We were soon shown to our lovely room with our very own private bathroom adjacent. The other reviews speak for themselves, you really cannot fault the accommodation or our hosts. The breakfast is not your standard run of the mill, we are talking the finest and freshest ingredients.Overall a superb experience in a lovely rural setting.

Hats off to both Nick and Mary for everything.

p.s Didn't realise until were leaving how much Nick and myself had in common....could have chatted for hours if I'd known earlier :-)

This is a truly lovely house-homely and comfortable and Nick and Mary make you feel at home straight away. The cottage garden is a delight, boasting all manner of shrubs and plants in a peaceful setting. Take advantage of Mary's home cooking and homemade preserves. Free range eggs for breakfast from the Belgrave 'girls' is a bonus.! We couldn't fault this B&B and therefore award it 5 out of 5 Definitely stay again when in this area. Thanks again.

I recently had a two night stay at Belgrave House in South Moulton. It was absolutely wonderful with hosts Mary and Nick being so welcoming and kind. The accommodation was first rate and most comfortable and Mary very kindly provided an excellent evening meal. I can thoroughly recommend Belgrave House and look forward to a return visit in the future.

My husband and I brought our 20 month old toddler to Belgrave this weekend and we were warmly welcomed. Our stay was just what we needed; a warm, comfortable house, space to ourselves, assistance when needed, lovely breakfast, and lots of nice little touches like two dressing-gowns in our bedroom, bubble bath in our bathroom, a cuddly toy for our toddler. Nick was exceptionally helpful in helping us plan our visit and wrote lists of suitable villages for our research. There was a comfortable cot bed and high-chair waiting for our little girl - basically it felt like visiting long-lost relatives. Very child-friendly and a lovely break for anyone, any age. I bought some of Mary's delicious preserves this morning and very much looking forward to tucking in! Really recommend this place.

Myself and my family stayed here for a night as we were meeting friends in South Molton. After am exceptionally rainy day, we had a lovely warm welcome from Mary and Nick at their beautifully maintained country house.

Our rooms were spotless, the en-suit was lovely, and the beds were super comfortable, so overall our short stay was excellent, (and Nick's breakfast was first class).

They have a jam and chutney shop on site, and my only regret is forgetting to buy some. Maybe next time, as if I'm ever in the area again, I wouldn't hesitate to stay.

Thanks again!
