Owner description: So much of Devon is available by road but what about the stunning scenery and wildlife only visible by boat? Ensure you don’t miss out, take a trip with Stuart Line Cruises, Exmouth. Throughout the year you can sail on the River Exe, home to thousands of migrating winter birds and year round residents. During the Summer you can sail the Jurassic Coast Line viewing 250 million years of history or leave the car behind and sail to a local resort such as Torquay or Brixham. There’s no excuse not to discover the history, beauty and wildlife of Devon!

We did their Jurassic Cruise today, and it was fantastic.
The boat was clean, and we all boarded and departed on time. The staff were exceptional. We were given a full commentary which was full of facts and information that had my 6 year old asking lots of questions.
The food and drink price were very reasonable. My only comment would be my daughter who is 6 ordered a hot chocolate and this came in a glass cup. Would be better off being served in a takeaway style cup with a lid.
Defiantly recommend to anyone visiting the area.

Thank you for taking the time to write a review
We are all glad you enjoyed your trip
I will certainly pass your thoughts about our serving methods to the crew. We do pride ourselves on offering 'real' cups but maybe we could include a different option for our younger passengers
we look forward to seeing you again soon!

Went from Exmouth to Seaton Sat 20TH July with Stuart Line Cruises.Found the staff very pleasant and helpful and with a excellent commentary of the coastline.
All the drinks on board were very reasonable prices served by the crew so you did not have to
go down the stairs and risk spilling your drink.
The only downside for me was the hard seating on the top deck which could have done with some form of padding for your back.
If you are prone to sea sickness then common sense should tell you not to go on the water, but dont complain after the event.
Would use this company again.

Definitely worth it, we got to see a variety of wildlife including dolphins and sea birds, the informative Captain/tour guide taught us about all the different types of rock on the Jurassic coast, hold old they were and what they were composed of, as well as this he also pointed out settlements and other man-made features, going into depth about them, overall a great way to see the Jurassic coast and the River Exe estuary.

Have just returned from a perfect day enjoying the beautiful Jurassic coastline in glorious weather. This trip is excellent value for money at just £8 for 2 1/2 hours. The boat is clean and comfortable, staff are friendly and the commentary is interesting without being overpowering. Drinks and snacks are served by crew and are very reasonably priced. We will definitely be taking another trip soon. Highly recommended.

Even been 30 years younger than the majority on these trips myself and my partner had a great time
We went on 2 of the trips avaliable but wouldn't hesitate to go on the rest if we were in the area

Good knowledgable staff with very interesting commentary at a very affordable price, it cost us £12 for a 2 hour boat trip down to Torquay and £3 for a 1 hour local River Ex Tour great value in my opinion

I must add that the sea can be very choppy so if you suffer from sickness I would give this a miss

Thank you very much for your review
We are very glad you enjoyed both trips
Our sea going cruises can be affected by the waves but the River Exe is always calm!
we're also extremely glad you found us excellent value for money!
Thank you
