Great hotel in a very convenient location in the centre of Combe Martin. Easy access to all amenities and for walkers The South West Coast path is just down the road. Very comfortable and clean room. We were allowed to leave our cases in our room despite arriving early to go walking. Good off road parking area for cars. The dining room was delightful and the breakfast was awesome with locally sourced produce. Our only small improvement would be the electric shower in our room was a little temperamental.

This is situated a short walk away from the seafront and the shops in Combe Martin and the many other places you can visit in the area.
The owners are pleasant and helpful but don't intrude.
The hotel has a parking area, a small garden, a small pool, a bar and free wifi.
My room looked freshly decorated and has all you need for a short stay. It was clean and simply furnished with an ensuite, though the shower is small. Be warned if you don't do stairs as there is at least one flight of stairs to reach the bedrooms....check with the owners first.
Breakfast is served in a light and pleasant dining room and my cooked breakfast has been exactly as I've ordered and very enjoyable.

This accommodation was just what we needed for a rest day in between walking days as we made our way along the south west coast path. The hosts were welcoming and opened up the pool which was extremely refreshing and reinvigorating on a hot day. It was also nice to sit outside on the terrace then go into the bar area for a glass of wine. It's situated a short walk away from the gorgeous beach in Combe Martin. There was a lot of choice for breakfast too before we carried on walking.

Stayed in a family room with double bed and two single beds (one full size, one slightly smaller camp bed). Good for two adults and children aged 13 and 8. Pleasant room, very clean and comfortable although dated decor. Excellent breakfast - good choice and very well cooked. Pleasant owners. Swimming pool real plus for children if weather good. Nice terraced area outside. Good location about 5-10 minutes walk from cove. Car park very steep. Exactly as previous positive reviewers had said and as we expected. Does not deserve any of the bad reviews which in my opinion are not justified. Would recommend as good value, traditional B&B.

The hotel is very clean, comfortable and attractive, and the hosts are warm and friendly and glad to be flexible with your needs!! They were welcoming of us and our two little dogs and yet the place smelled clean and there was no hint of prior pets in our room or the common rooms! The beds and pillows were comfortable and the loo afforded clean, fluffy towels and complimentary toiletries! Very tasty and hearty breakfasts with wonderful variety!! Great local, few minutes walk into main bit of town! Highly recommend and will gladly stay again!!

Room Tip: Room #3, one double bed one single, amazing view over hills! It was to the front, but was quiet from much traffic or hotel noise.
