Visited ere after a Sunday stroll near Princetown - the carvery is one of the more expensive I've seen at £9.95 but it was tasty. There was a choice of 4 meats (pork, lamb, beef, and unusually venison) or a combination of any (or all) of the above. The meat was well cooked and tasty. There was a good selection of vegetables; roast potatoes, carrots, red cabbage, cauliflower cheese, parsnips, if not more, and you were also given stuffing and a Yorkshire Pudding. The only real let downs were the potatoes (weird texture) and the Yorkshire Pudding (undercooked); had these have been better I would have awarded a 4. However, the food was OK and I would return, although I feel a quid or two off would be slightly fairer value. Drinks were reasonable and service was OK.
